Sleep Inn Hotel and Suites

Modoc Contracting was hired by The Klamath Tribes to be the CM/GC for the Sleep Inn and Suites brand-new ground-up hotel project in Chiloquin, Oregon. 

After a 4-month preconstruction/design phase we broke ground on this building in late August of 2017 and worked through the winter with a team of local and regional subcontractors to complete this hotel in 12 months. 

We were able to finish the construction work under budget and return a large portion of contingency to the owner for purchasing furnishings. The project was completed on schedule and open for guests by the end of September 2018.
