The Klamath Smiles was a brand-new, privately owned ground-up project in Klamath Falls, OR.
After a 6 month preconstruction/design phase we broke ground under an early work amendment to start the sitework and concrete while the architectural design was being completed. Once the design was finished and financing in place we worked through the spring and summer of 2020 to get the building done with equipment in place by fall.
Modoc Contracting was the General Contractor for this project and self-preformed concrete, framing, drywall, siding, and paint. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
