The Klamath Hospice retrofit, and addition project located in Klamath Falls was designed as a space for employees and client care.
We spent 11 months in 2021-2022 conducting a full renovation of an old car dealership and addition to make this office building complete. The old building had huge service bays that we retrofit to contain the new office and conference and spaces. We then built a large addition to house additional offices and flex spaces for the owner’s teams.
We completed the work on time and on budget as required, returning more than half of the project contingency to the owner unused.
