Their team of seasoned, well-trained craftsmen and subcontractors have brought our design to life, and we are completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail.

We are staying in the quest quarters while they build our home which is scheduled for on-time completion this fall - 2025. We can’t wait to move into our forever home.

It was a pleasure to work with the Modoc Contracting team on the Seismic Rehabilitation project on the Fire Station 1 facility in Klamath Falls.
