Over the years we have built and remodeled a few dealerships. Primarily the Subaru dealership in 2018. We have continued to do remodels and renovations as needed.

In 2015 Modoc built Aspen Dental then in 2020 we completed Klamath Smiles. Aspen Dental was completed in four months while Klamath Smiles was done in nine, both came in under budget.

The Klamath County Library, South Suburban Branch was a ground up project for Modoc in 2013. This project included, framing, drywall, painting, etc.

Modoc Contracting has performed a great deal of work for the local school districts in the past years, a relationship that we hope to continue. From additions and remodels, ground up construction, simple painting projects, and ceiling replacements following hazardous asbestos removals.

We provide a wide range of construction services and support to the schools. We also assist the districts and their architects with project development, budgeting and design.
